Meet your league officers.
Baseball in Central Oregon does not happen without volunteers helping make it happen. These guys work tirelessly on and off the field to make sure to bring quality baseball to Central Oregon. Apart from managing teams on a gameday basis this team also meets throughout the year to plan and coordinate how to best make baseball happen at a fun and competitive level.

Sean Jacox - 9th summer
Sean is a true-local Central Oregonian. He began playing baseball at age 7 and has not looked back. Injuries kept Sean off the field in high-school where he was a player manager at Summit High School in 2012 and 2013. After graduating Sean would go and play Club Baseball for four seasons and be on the coaching staff for six at Central Oregon Community College. For the last 6 years Sean has co-managed a team and most recently has been part of back-to-back championships with the Gladiators (2022-2023). Sean officially became the League President in November of 2023 after two years as the League Commissioner.
Ian MacDougall - 9th summer
Ian played baseball at Summit High School in Bend, Oregon where he was part of the schools first league championship team his senior year (2007). Ian went on to play at Columbia Basin Community College and Western Oregon University. After College Ian went across thw world and pitched in the Australian Professional Baseball League for the Perth Heat. Upon returning to the States Ian played in the Frontier League for the Traverse City Beach Bums. Ian now makes custom baseball bats with his dad and brother and their family owned business MacDougall & Sons Bat Company, coaches individual and small group pitching and hitting for local youth, and relaces gloves when he's bored. Ian has been a part of mutliple championship teams including the managing of back-back to league championships with the Gladiators (2022-2023).
Austin Evans - 10th summer
Austin played baseball at Hays High School in Texas before going to play at Pepperdine University where he was selected by the Texas Rangers. After moving to Central Oregon, Austin revamped Central Oregon Adult Baseball (COAB) with the help of former Adult Baseball President Michael McLain in 2017. At that point COAB kicked off with three teams, you can still see some of the original players playing in the league today. After completing the 7th summer of COAB the number of teams has officially doubled to 6 in total. Austin has been an amazing man for the job and the growth and strength of the league is a reflection of all the leadership he has provided over the last seven years. In the seven years Austin has been serving as our president he has also been a co-manager of his team. Austin led the NoNames to a league championship for three consecutive years (2018-2020).
